Operational Structure
We at PBSA thrive to give players and parents the best of when it comes down to coaching and educating players. We purposely steer away from parent coaching and paid part time trainers who do not attend games. How can a trainer coach a training sessions and do not watch the team play on a weekly basis The game is a critical part of the training. Without taking the opportunity to teach before, during and after the game this critical piece is missing from the players overall training. The game is a teaching tool. How can people coach a sport at the competitive level if she/he as never played the game at a significant level Never ask some one to do something ...if you have never done it yourself.... We at PBSA, instead focus on former professional players or players who have a played at a high college level , and also have taken the effort, time, and expense of being certified and licensed by either the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) or United States Soccer Federation (USSF)and or U.E.F.A. coaching programs. We at PBSA believe in paid full time professional coaches. I believe that players have to be able to see their coaches, SHOW and TELL, the coaching point. A picture paints a thousand words. Players love seeing the visual of each skill technique, tactical being demonstrated. At PBSA we provide this ... please refer to our list of coaches. If you want the best .... then pay us a visit .... please bring your child out to one of our sessions at no charge. Yours in Soccer Gary Walker CEO www.palmbeachsocceracademy.com U.S.S.F.
