Beginning this year, the Palm Beach Soccer Academy wants to take advantage of the state's balmy weather by offering year-round programs for kids, starting with this spring's Mini World Cup. The Mini World Cup, which runs through mid-May, gives boys and girls ages 5 to 18 the chance to improve their soccer skills and commemorate the 2006 FIFA World Cup soccer tournament, which takes place June 9 to July 9 in Germany.
